Many pets have lost their homes after the recent Mpls. tornado. If you can help take in a misplaced pet please see the following facebook page:
http://www.facebook.com/tornado.pets?ref=nf
Also, Mpls Animal Care and Control is trying to house animals but is FULL so if you can help them that would free up resources there. They are only holding pets for 5 days so people still may need help after that. To reach MACC: (612) 673-3000
This is a temporary foster position and the plan is to get all the animals back in to their homes. Besides fostering there are a lot of other ways to help so contact the folks at the facebook page North Minneapolis Pets if you want to get involved.
